Am I able to cancel my booking?

Are you able to add extra beds or cots for children?

Can we bring dogs/ pets to stay?

Dogs or other pets are generally not allowed, however we will consider requests for small, well behaved pets on request. Our pet fee is £25 and our house rules are that pets must be kept off of the furniture, not allowed upstairs and must not be left alone in the property unless crated.

What time am I able to - check-in/ check-out?

Your accommodation will be available for Check-in from 3pm and Check-out is at 10am.

Is there possibility for early check-in or late check out?

Please contact us if you require check-in before 3pm, or check out after 10am. If we are able to accommodate your request an additional charge of £30 per stay will be applied.

How do I access the property?

Check-in is through a key safe. The code will be emailed to you shortly before your check-in date.

How do I get to the property?

The Gargrave address is - Bailey Cottage, 5 River Place, Gargrave, BD23 3RY
The Settle address is - Coachman’s Cottage, 3 Coachman’s Cottages, Settle, BD24 9LW
We will email you travel directions shortly before your check-in date.

Bailey Cottage - Parking is available on the road side directly outside of the property. We ask all of our guests to park with consideration of our neighbours and, if possible, only use the space directly in front of Bailey Cottage.
Coachman’s Cottage - There is no parking outside the property but a resident parking permit is provided for free parking in Greenfoot carpark during your stay. Greenfoot Carpark, Settle, BD24 9RW is just a 4 minute walk from the cottage across the market square.

What cooking and meal preparation facilities does the accommodation have?

Our properties have an oven and hob (either gas or electric), microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a wide selection of cookware, tableware, glassware and cutlery.

Will I need to bring basic cooking ingredients?

The property will be stocked with some kitchen basics including tea, coffee, milk, salt & pepper, cleaning equipment and dishwasher tablets (Bailey Cottage).

Do I need to bring bedding or towels?

All bedding will be provided as will handtowels, bath towels and tea towels. If you plan on making the most of the surrounding walks, and getting a little dirty, you may want to bring extra towels.
